Nagra Kudelski is a global leader in digital security and multiscreen user experience solutions, boasting over 65 years of industry expertise. Their innovative technologies serve a wide range of industries, providing robust solutions to safeguard digital assets.
The challenge for this project was to design a website for Nagra Kudelski that could effectively showcase their diverse range of solutions and resources, while also providing a seamless user experience for their target audience. The website needed to accommodate a large amount of information, including different types of content while ensuring easy navigation and access to relevant information.
A comprehensive UX (user experience) design process, incorporating UX thinking and reasoning at each stage. We conducted extensive discovery, workshops, and research to gain a deep understanding of Nagra Kudelski's business, goals, and target audience. Based on these insights, we developed a well-organized, visually appealing, and user-friendly website that effectively showcased Nagra Kudelski's solutions and services, while providing an engaging and informative user experience. The UX design decisions were driven by a user-centric approach, ensuring that the website was easy to navigate, content was well-structured, and relevant information was easily accessible to the users.
We facilitated workshops focused on creative discovery, analyzing how other companies and competitors approach similar problems in the industry. These workshops aimed to gather insights, identify best practices, and generate innovative ideas that could work for Nagra Kudelski. We also conducted thorough research to understand Nagra Kudelski's business, goals, and target audience. This involved collaborating closely with Nagra Kudelski's team to align on project objectives and gather valuable input. The insights gained from these workshops and research were instrumental in shaping the UX strategy, including the development of a well-organized sitemap and user flows. This strategic approach ensured that the website's information architecture was user-centric and effectively organized the vast amount of content to provide a seamless user experience.
The comprehensive UX (user experience) design process included meticulous planning and content mapping to ensure the website's usability and effectiveness in showcasing Nagra Kudelski's solutions and services. This involved creating content maps that visually represented the website's structure and hierarchy, ensuring that the information was logically organized and easy to navigate. User flows were also created to outline the paths users would take to achieve their goals on the website. This user-centric approach to UX planning helped in designing an intuitive and user-friendly website that provided a seamless experience for visitors. It also allowed for a clear understanding of the website's structure and content, making it easy for users to find relevant information quickly and efficiently.
To ensure consistency and efficiency in the website's design we implemented a component-driven design system. This approach involved creating a library of reusable design components, such as buttons, forms, and cards, that could be easily utilized across different pages of the website. These components were designed with a user-centric approach, considering factors such as accessibility, usability, and visual appeal. By leveraging a component-driven design system, we were able to maintain a cohesive and professional look and feel throughout the website, while also streamlining the development process and reducing the risk of inconsistencies or errors.
The homepage featured a visually appealing design, concise messaging, and clear calls-to-action, guiding users to explore the website further and learn more about Nagra Vision’s solutions and services.The solutions pages an overview of the brand's offerings for different industries. They featured a well-structured layout, visually appealing design, and component-driven design for consistency. The content was organized in an easy-to-navigate manner, with relevant images and graphics that enhanced the user's understanding of Nagra Kudelski's solutions for their specific industry.
The resources pages were designed to provide valuable content such as whitepapers, case studies, articles, and event details. They were developed to ensure that users could easily find and access the resources they were interested in. The content was organized in a user-friendly manner, with clear labeling.
The solutions pages were designed to provide users with detailed information about Nagra Vision’s solutions in a user-friendly and accessible manner. We utilized a component-driven design approach to create consistent and visually appealing layouts for each solution page. The content was organized in a hierarchical manner, with an overview page providing an overview of all the solutions and individual pages for each solution providing in-depth information.
